The company's developed TITIAN® Cardiac Electrophysiology Interventional Device Control System can assist physicians in completing precise catheter manipulation, reducing the risk of long-term operator exposure to X-ray environments; the RAPHAELLO® Flexible Magnetic Navigation Surgical Control System achieves precise catheter positioning and control through electromagnetic navigation technology, for use in complex arrhythmia mapping and ablation treatment.
Arrhythmia interventional treatment places extremely high demands on catheter stability, operational precision, and navigation capabilities. Meio Cardinav continues to carry out technological innovation around electrophysiology surgical robots, providing a new technical pathway for the development of domestic cardiac interventional robots.
Enlight Medical Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Award Citation:
Enlight Medical Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has long focused on structural heart disease interventional treatment device R&D.
The company's independently developed transcatheter mitral valve clip system received NMPA approval in 2026, indicated for the treatment of high surgical risk degenerative mitral regurgitation patients. The product optimizes locking mechanism design, clamping control, and implantation system and other key links, which can improve leaflet capture efficiency and implantation stability.
Mitral regurgitation is one of the important treatment directions in the structural heart disease field. Through continuous advancement of domestic mitral valve interventional treatment technology innovation, Enlight Medical provides minimally invasive treatment options for more patients, and further enriches the domestic structural heart disease interventional product layout.
BrioHealth Technologies
Award Citation:
Suzhou BrioHealth Technologies Co., Ltd. has long focused on artificial heart R&D and industrialization, and is one of the important innovative enterprises in China's artificial heart field.
The company's first product, CH-VAD, received NMPA approval in 2021, becoming China's first fully magnetically levitated implantable artificial heart product; the upgraded product CH-VAD Plus received approval at the end of 2025. The new-generation product BrioVAD has obtained FDA clinical trial approval in the United States, and is simultaneously advancing European clinical research.
Around key technologies such as fully magnetic levitation technology, fluid dynamics optimization, and energy and information transmission, BrioHealth Technologies has established a complete technical system. Its continuously advancing global clinical layout also demonstrates the capability of domestic high-end life support equipment to participate in international competition.
2026 Cardiovascular Application Innovation Award
2 Winners
HORIMED
Award Citation:
Tianjin HORIMED Technology Co., Ltd. has long focused on intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), optical coherence tomography (OCT), and multimodal intravascular imaging technology R&D, and is one of the few domestic platform enterprises that simultaneously masters IVUS and OCT core technologies.
The company continues to carry out innovative layout around OCT, IVUS, OCT-IVUS fusion systems, and OCT-NIRS fusion technology.
